Pacific Design & Construct have undertaken the refurbishment and fit out of a number of hotels, bars and cafes. Working around patrons with safety and noise minimisation was a key factor. Some of these spaces were within shopping centres, while others were stand alone establishments. The refurbishment or fit out of these environments vary in time depending on programme. Works included design elements, joinery, floor coverings, painting and wallpapering as well as kitchen installations with ventilation and waste disposal.
